Pours s cloudy straw color. Smells fruity and funky in a good way. Hoppy aroma. Taste is smooth and slightly citrusy. A well balanced body rounds out an enjoyable brew

Poured into a glass it's a mildly cloudy, strawish color. Has strong, plealsant citrusy scent. Its an overwhelming citrus flavor as well, but not overly sweet, on the country the spicy IPA flavorings balances the citrus for a really nice flavor profile. It's got a softer mouthfeel and goes down easily for an all-around nice brew. Tastes amazing paired with mediterranean(garlic, oregano, etc) flavorings.

"A fusion east coast meets west coast India Pale Ale, What You Want is brewed and hopped like a west coast IPA, as in we added hops throughout the boil, and you may notice subtle sweet honey and caramel in the malt profile. The east coast profile comes in swinging in the flavor/aroma from heaping double dry hopping additions of Citra, Simcoe, Motueka, and an ever changing guest hop chosen last minute based on availability."

A really solid IPA with deep dank flavors, a hint of onion/garlic, and tropical fruit flavors. Well-balanced with the malt profile without being sweet or cloying. A terrific IPA.
