"This spring/summer India Pale Ale was brewed last year to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Schooner Woodwind out of Annapolis MD. We took our base beer for Tipping Point, added crushed ginger, lime zest, and pineapple puree and dry hopped it with more Citra, Simcoe, and Motueka."
Pretty much as advertised: a hoppy pale wheat ale with added flavors of ginger, lime, and pineapple. Not too sweet and very well-balanced.
