Collab w/Idiom Brewing. "This delicious little nugget is brewed with lactose, vanilla and toasted marshmallow."
16 oz can split with my wife and poured into a snifter. Pours a not-quite-opaque black with a slight reddish tint. Aroma and taste feature dark roasted malts, coffee, a little vanilla, and hints of hops (slightly bitter citrus rind) and sweet marshmallow. If I didn't know the beer had marshmallows I might not have noticed it. Mouthfeel is moderately carbonated and medium-to-light bodied. A decent beer but I would rather have a standard schwarzbier.
