Appearance:
Pale, semi-hazy gold. Wisps of translucent white float within like ghostly drapes. Clean, white head with unambitious retention. Laces in broken webs.
Bouquet:
Creamy, pina colada.
Feel:
Light and smooth as a cooled bedsheet. Little carbonation to speak of.
Taste:
Imagine you’ve decided to attend an evening of live theatre. The play, your pamphlet informs you, features marshmallows backed by a hand-painted mosaic of mild hops. But before the play starts, the town drunk crashes onto the set—somehow covered in creamed corn casserole—shoves the main act off stage, then proceeds to give a bafflingly good performance of an entirely different play. As he flails his arms for emphasis, little chunks of pineapple and shreds of coconut come flying off amidst gobs of sweet creamed corn.
Overall:
Not at all the show they promised you but overall, not bad.
