Look: It pours cooper and clear. It has a light tan head and head retention is good.
Smell: It has a strong bready aroma with a herbal note.
Taste: It has a nice rich baked bread flavor with a bit of herbs mixed in. There is a very light spicy note as well.
Feel: It has a medium body with a malty finish.
Overall, the bready malt dominates this beer with just enough hop bitterness to keep is from finishing sweet.
