"Fiddlin' Fish started in a kitchen when me and my uncle decided to brew a batch of beer. Much to my wife and my aunt's chagrin, whose kitchen we destroyed, that first batch of beer sent us down a rabbit hole and inspired an entire brewery. This one is for you, Uncle Reid!

Look: It pours dark brown with a tan head. Head retention is good.
Smell: There are some light roasted aromas with some banana.
Taste: The roast is the most prominent flavor with some low banana and clove. There are some light doughy elements that are almost pumpernickel in quality.
Feel: It has a medium body with some bitterness in the finish, but not that much.
Overall, a nice drinking beer without strong banana or clove elements.
