Pours a hazy dark yellow with fine, soapy head.
Smell is juicy and citrusy with notes of lemon peel, passionfruit and orange sorbet.
Taste is juicy and crisp with notes of citrus, pineapple, passionfruit and a hint of fruity tartness. Soft bitterness, very well balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, my first French craft beer is a good one! Welll balanced and easy to drink.
