16oz can dated 11/20/17. Waimea, Monteuka, and Vic Secret hops. Pours cloudy straw yellow with a moderate head and minimal retention or lacing. Aromatics are as juicy and tropical as it gets. Fresh mango, papaya, peach, pear, pineapple, and grapefruit. Light to medium bodied with a crisp, almost chalky mouthfeel. Tropical citrus starts the palate. Pithy grapefruit with unripe peach and pear skins. Zero malt and quite dry with a lingering bitterness. Finishes with pithy tropicals.
Great beer. The mouthfeel could use some creaminess and the bitterness could be lightened up though.
