Pours very hazy bright orange gold with a sudsy one finger biscuit head. The aroma is strong of vague tropical notes along with a musty earth scent. Not the most appealing. The taste follows the nose with a tangy pineapple-like flavor mostly floated by the sweet malt background along with a slight mustiness. It's not as bad as it sounds but it doesn't meet my sensibilities too much. The feel is soft and bitterness is moderate to low.
This is not my favorite Onsight version by a long shot but it is certainly drinkable. Just don't like the hop combination - I think it might be the Idaho7 which generally imparts a dankness to beers but is not combining well with the citra and columbus in this case IMO.
