Poured on draft at the brewery.
The beer itself looks exceptional. Dark brown with a finger of khaki head. Leaves a ton of cobweb lacing.
The aroma is...not bad. Cinnamon and cola with a nice wave of vanilla.
The flavor though, man. This tastes like rum and flat coca cola. Maybe someone tried to spice things up by throwing some cinnamon on top but damn.
The feel is medium full bodied with light carbonation. Creamy, with way too much alcohol present.
Overall, a very unimpressive offering here. It looks great and smells solid but the flavor and mouthfeel just ruin it.

Poured into a 13 oz Free Will Teku Glass given to me by @jzeilinger , canned on 2/21/19. Pours near pitch black with a 2 finger sticky light brown head that leaves layers of thick lace behind as it slowly settles into a layer of bubbles. 4.25
Smell is vanilla bean, chili peppers, cinnamon, cocoa nibs, coffee ground, and some dark chocolate really pleasant. 4
Taste is a tad bolder and pronounced vanilla stands out, coffee, cocoa, and some mild cinnamon and peppery spice that just warms you a touch and is actually welcome, but so subtle. 4.25
Mouthfeel is bigger than average, a tad dry and it plays very well, gentle carbonation, and at 8.2% very approachable and easy drinking for this style. 4.25
Overall this is nice slightly different and don’t let some of the stuff it is brewed with deter you because this not a really spicy beer at all, but actually a rather complex and tasty treat. 4.25
