Pours a medium amber-orange color, slightly hazed, with a two finger soapy thick head with caramel color.
Aroma is slightly sweet grainy malt with a floral citrus layer on top. Very appealing and well done.
Flavor has a great blend of caramel malt, citrus blossom and moderate malt that stays consistent from start to finish.
Feel is atypically smooth for a west coast, so not quite as crisp, but it works as a sort of local variant. There is a very slight alcohol burn and a bit of seltzer in the mid-taste.
This is a great take on the style, a bit softer than expected but clean flavors throughout. A real winner and they deserve some credit. A nice break from juice bombs.

Too brown and malty for a WCIPA, also really flat after pouring
