From the pint can, it pours a lively clear yellow golden color with a nice white head that sticks around for a while. The nose gets grassy hops and light malt. The mouth, the same. Pleasant.

Sampling a 16 oz can poured into my .5L mug. The can was picked up at the brewery 2 weeks ago. Im pouring at cellar temp for this tasting.
The beer pours a bright clear gold color, almost like a champagne color. Bleached white fizzy head foams up about .5 cm and fades away to nothing pretty soon after the pour.
The aroma is grainy malt with some bread dough and a bit of general sweetness. Some light spicy hops here as well.
First sip reveals a crisp texture and light body with fine tingly carbonation. Drinks very easy on the physical traits.
Flavor is similar to the nose , some bread and grainy notes with a bit of white grape note and a general sweetness coming through. The finish is some spice hops that come through on the burps too. Clean straight forward brew that is easy drinking. Glad I picked this up on our visit to Portland.

Draft at the brewery
Creamy frothy 1 finger head with good retention, soapy lacing, clear pale straw color
Nose big grainy sweet malt, cereal, straw, doughy, big rich malt, bit of corn
Taste big pilsner grainy sweet malt, rich grain, a little decoction like malt depth, cereal, straw, corn, med herbal floral hops with light bitterness, finishes very dry bordering astringent, med spicy hop bitterness
Mouth is med bod, soft lager, med carb
Overall very nice Helles! A bit more malt richness would send this through the roof.

A: Pours a golden yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap
S: Bready malt, grain, spicy noble hops, and light grass
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with a mix of spicy noble hops, bready malt, and some grainy notes. Light bitterness blends nicely with the sweet bready malt. Finishes with lingering bread and light grass
M: Light-medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A nice, easy drinking helles great for any time. Worth checking out
