Abstract Object is our new Milk Stout brewed with English barley, a plethora of dark and caramel malts and a touch of milk sugar. This traditional stout exhibits notes of brown sugar, toffee, dark chocolate, and just a touch of sweetness. To take it to the next level, we took this beer and conditioned it on Sumatran coffee.

4-pack from the brewery canned 3/15/21
A: Pours a dark brown, almost black color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap that has decent retention and good lacing
S: Lots of coffee up front along with some roasted malt, caramel, toffee, dark chocolate, lactose. Definitely coffee forward
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with a wave of coffee and roasted malt followed by the caramel, toffee, dark chocolate, and a hint of nuts. Coffee lingers forever. Finishes with lingering coffee and roast
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth thanks to the lactose
O: A solid new milk stout from BS, this version enhanced with Sumatran coffee. And wow does it ever hit hard with it. Remains nicely balanced and super drinkable despite the coffee being the major focal point. Worth checking out while it lasts (the coffee version at least, as the base is around more often)
