On tap into a chalice. Dark amber with a thin head leaving lots of lacing down the glass. Lots of bubbles. Smells pretty strongly of grapefruit and hops, nothing too special there. Taste is very fruity and refreshing, with a strong malt backing up the hops to keep things balanced. The hops come forward more as the beer warms up, but when it's fresh and cold this is nothing but citrus. Bitter and dry finish. Mouthfeel is full bodied and moderately carbonated. Overall, this is very well made, happy to have tried this brewery.
