Pours a translucent copper-amber with a finger of off white foam. Aroma is punchy caramel. Toffee and molasses add a little additional sweetness, and mesh up with grassy, earthy hops and malts to add some base. Heavy clove on the backend. Flavor profile is caramel, toffee, molasses, and brown sugar. Caramel is the heaviest, and forms ~70% of these notes. Grassy hops, earthy malts, and clove all add some stickiness and light bitterness to the back, but the focal point is the sweet caramel - dominating the first ~65% of the flavor. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a mild prickly texture up front. Overall, a caramel bomb of a beer.

On tap. Poured a clear, copper color with a small, tan head of foam. It smelled of toasted malt, toffee and floral notes. Sweet toasted caramel, toffee and a sharp, spicy bite.
