Serving: 473 ml can (“05/25/22”) poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Appearance: Bright, clear pale straw yellow with a frothy head of white foam and fine streaks of lace.
Smell: Lemon and grapefruit citrus, tropical fruit, herbs, pine needles and petrichor.
Taste: Clean, crisp citrus, pine, melon and herbs, lean malty body, and a nice balance of dry bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, moderate carbonation and crisp feel.
Overall: Well executed West Coast IPA that packs plenty of citrus, pine and some more complex tropical fruit and herbs.
