DDH Cold IPA
Style Sensei is here to teach you the art of hop-jitsu! Style Sensei is brewed with two-row and flaked rice and fermented with lager yeast for maximum crispiness. This cold IPA has been double-dry hopped with HBC 586, Mosaic Cryo, Strata, and Talus hops. Style Sensei features killer flavors of pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit rind, and pine resin while lending aromas of mango, lychee, and mixed berries with a waft of dank herb.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Citrus, pine, grassy herbal notes, underlying tropical and stone fruit, and crackery biscuity malt.
T: Citrus, big mandarin orange and grapefruit, grassy herbal notes, a touch of coconut, tropical and stone fruit, papaya, pineapple apricot, peach, passion fruit, and a hint of berry, crackery biscuity malt, and a pretty dry finish.
M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Pretty solid Cold IPA. That hop combo brings some interesting flavors to the party.
