The third beer in our mutant series, The Secret of The Joose is our bodacious hazy DIPA oozing with tropical character. This big juicy DIPA is double dry hopped to the shell with Citra, El Dorado, Galaxy, and Mosaic for radioactively delicious hop flavor. Notes of orchard fruits, candied pineapple, and ripe mangoes might make you feel like you have ninja powers.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden orange amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a light layer and laces very nicely.
S: Lots of ripe citrus, tropical, and orchard fruit, some resinous pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Mix of ripe citrus, tropical, and orchard fruit, mango, tangerine, peach, apricot, pear, lemon lime, pineapple, grapefruit, and a hint of melon, bit of resinous pine, slight floral notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Just a touch on the fuller side
O: Another solid beer in this series.
