Copenhagen 3/9 2017. 75 cl bottle from Vin de Table. As "Lug Bière Blonde". The usual simple label stating that the beer is called Lug, is a Bière Blonde and made under the "Nature Progres certification" (Certifée Bio).
Pours hazy yellow - slightly dirty looking - with small white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is yeasty with a whiff of humid basement with citric notes and a sugary quality. Like spiked lemonade.
Soft carbonation and slightly thick texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by medium citric bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly sour with sugary undercurrent.
Fresh like lemonade and suits a hot summer day quite good. But that's it.
