Served on draft at the brewery in North Chuck. Arrives a dark plum color with a tan, nitro induced, foamy head. No lacing on the glass which is slightly disappointing.
The aroma is weak too. As with most nitro beers, the aroma is muted. I guess the nitro dos something with aromas because that seems to be a continuous issue. Little bit of chocolate with some alkaline qualities.
Good quality taste. I had the Dance Naked earlier and this one is better for sure. Nice and cream. Lots of chocolate flavor. Really reminds me of Young’s Double Chocolate Stout. Not quite as good as that, it being the gold standard in my book.
Minimal carbonation somit goes down nice and easy. A good effort out of these guys. Enjoys it.
