The inclusion of elderflowers (Village Elder, get it?) in this brew does not present itself as a particularly flowery or herbal addition to the beer. Rather, it increases the spice character imparted by the Goldings used to aroma hop the ale.
The only drawback of this fine session bitter is the fact that it is not always available at its regular outlets, even at the brewery tap in Cheriton.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
