I had this at the Green River brewery a few weeks ago. Pours like a classic west coast ipa, golden color, 1/3" white head on the top, decent clarity to it. Aroma leaned a little green, some El Dorado, Mosaic and Amarillo, but it wasn't exactly bursting with hop aromas. Almost has a bitterness to the aroma like it had Simcoe. Mosaic very underwhelming here, and Amarillo underwhelming to a lesser extent. Great hop choice, but quantity seems lacking.
Taste was fine, still seemed pushed forward by the El Dorado hop and the green aspects of it. The bitterness was higher than you would expect with this hop bill, but far from problematic. Plenty of grapefruit notes to it. Malt body was relativley dry and light, nothing excessive crystal malt kind of body. It was a decent beer, but not something you go out of your way for or stock up on.

Lights Out IPA at Fort Rock
Appearance - Served up in a standard pint, slight haze and golden orange in color with a thin, broken layer of suds sitting atop. Strong lacing with broken sheeting, lines and spotting.
Smell - Citrusy and lightly catty with faint bready sweetness.
Taste - Follows the nose. Bitter orange with a bit of floral and spice soon following. Lesser dank. Fair biscuit malt backbone. Finish is firm with citrus pith bitterness.
Mouthfeel - Medium in body with fair, bitey carbonation. Fair drinker with a crisp, mostly dry finish.
Overall - Decent IPA, but nothing that I'd plan on drinking again.
