From tasting notes 10/12/18
Had on-tap at Fort Rock Brewing in Rancho Cordova, CA
Appearance - Served up in a 13oz snifter, hazy and dull gold in color with a thin, broken layer of suds. Decent lacing with broken webbing, lines and spotting.
Smell - Orange, tangerine and a bit of sweet stonefruit character.
Taste - Follows the nose. Citrus notes hit somewhere between orange and tangerine, with lesser peach sweetness. Faint bready malt undertone. Finish is sweet fruitiness with a hint of pith bitterness.
Mouthfeel - Medium in body with fair carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a crisp, refreshing finish.
Overall -Pretty good hazy DIPA, but nothing particularly outstanding. I could easy crush a few of these.
