One of the best Stout/porter beers I’ve ever tasted. This definitely deserves world-class status!

Canned 12/13/18
Appearance - Pours black with cola brown edging and a tan, finger width head. Good retention before dying to a thin, consistent layer of suds. Lots of lacing with broken webbing, lines and small spotting.
Smell - Big aromas of chocolate and gingerbread with just a hint of booze.
Taste - Deep, chocolatey base spiced up nicely with a good punch of gingerbread, vanilla and cinnamon notes.
Mouthfeel - Full-bodied with fair, tingly carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a creamy texture. Stupid easy drinker for 12% ABV.
Overall - Wow! IMO, this blows regular Hardywood GBS out of the water. More punch and yet better balance. Ridiculously smooth at such a high ABV.
