Appearance - Pours opaque and pure orange juice in color. Off-white, finger width head that fizzes away like soda, leaving a mosrlty barren surface and a thin, broken ring of suds around the edges. No lacing.
Smell - Very fruity and tropical aroma. Pineapple at the forefront, with plenty of citrus behind it. Hints of mango.
Taste - Follows the nose. Plenty fruity with a nice amount of tang. Pineapple and citrus dominate, while notes of mango ride beneath. Finishes much the same. Simple profile, but tasty.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with fair carbonation. Dry, acidic finish.
Overall - Solid fruited sour. Dole juice, really. A bit more complexity and "beer" character would be nice, but I wouldn't be mad at drinking this again.
