Red Dabinett

Red Dabinett was made by co-fermenting a strong red IPA-style wort with juice made from the traditional bittersweet cider apple Dabinett. Dabinett produces a strong, juicy cider with mighty tannins that border on bitter, so we thought it would be a great pairing for a strong, juicy, bitter wort made with munich malts and resinous New World hops. The resulting blend is powerful, rich and heady, but cut with a decisive bitter finish of apple tannin, hop resin and oak.
