Solid crushable easy going lager. Crisp grainy slight citrus and pretty light. Nice golden clear looking beer with slight head and nice rimming for a lager.

At Figleaf brewery.
Clear golden color with just a thin white cap.
Slightly bready aroma and a hint of caramel.
Taste follows the nose with subtle sweetness in the finish.

Poured from a bottle into a Goose Island pub glass. The pour is light amber and a little hazy for the style with about a finger of rocky white head that has average retention. Typical light lager nose of fresh bread, dry hops, and a hint of pepper.
Medium-light body with a firm feel and a light malty flavor. Faint flavors of malt, caramel, and fresh bread up front with just a slight hoppy kiss at mid-palate. Finishes dry with a little of that malt seeping through. Very refreshing and well-balanced. Could use a little more carbonation and it's awfully hazy for a lager, but that doesn't hurt the flavor at all. Tastes nice and bready and the hops aren't lemony (which I appreciate in a lager - save the citrusy-tasting hops for IPAs).
