unfiltered lager. pours a cloudy, pale yellow with a frothy head. left plenty of lacing on the glass. grainy nose, plus hay and grass notes from the noble hops (I presume). feels kind of chewy, with a saaz or hallertau like bite on the finish. euro style to be sure. dry dry dry.
