A: Moderate cherries, light guava with a moderately light sourness.
A: Amber color, lightly hazy with a thin mostly uniform white head that has decent retention.
T: Light cherries, fairly zippy moderately light sourness with lots of complementary bread notes and light guava flavor on the finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Solid; the cherries and guava are not super prominent, but the beer has a nice zippy sourness without being acidic, as well lots of bready notes from the wheat that goes well with the beer's sourness.
