Flight Deck Brewing

 

 

This brewery used to be a firing range at a long defunct naval air station. The owners took a long rectangular box and made it into a pretty nice brewery/beer bar. Entering from the firing end, the brewery is encountered first, then a small store, then the big room. A small bar that seats 6-8, picnic tables, four tops, and high tops. A couple couches in a corner. Garage doors that open to a patio with more picnic tables. A couple corn hole games outside. There's a TV inside. It's kind of cavernous and was a little noisy (the Pats game was on).
There were eight beers on tap, weighted toward IPAs. I had a nice DIPA and my wife had a hibiscus tea infused beer. Very pretty.
Service was excellent. A simple walk to the bar to place an order
There was a food truck outdoors, but we didn't partake.
We spent a pleasant couple hours with friends. Will definitely return.
