Mosaic, Centennial and Amarillo is what this beer is made with. This brewery now came up with a pale ale after their first (?) WIPA that was great in the pilot phase (on tap only) and failed to repeat it in the bottle...
Now it seems like they're trying to go big (it's actually not BrewStudio but Mad Scientist who is brewing them) but not sure if the recipe is alright: feels like a properly well (US-) hopped IPA is being watered down and being quite thin halfway through... I'm not sure if this is how a proper PA should be - or rather it is NOT how one should be. The base is not bad though. Makes me think though if this is only the wort left over fron their previous IPA that they are trying to sell watered down?
