Pours a clouded, hazy pale yellow color with a solid, spongy white head.
Smells of an intense citraic hop complexity, build by additional orange zest, dried herbs, grass and blueberries.
Has a light body with a soft, yet vivid, slightly mineralic turning mouthfeel.
Tastes of soft wheat with a light toffee sweetness to it, from which herbal, dry hops arise, carrying a gentle fruity punch. This tastes indeed sunny, with unripe papaya, juicy oranges and dried red apple skin manages this to produce a challenging complexity. Finishes lighter, aqueous with less hops prevailing and a soothing bread dough softness among a hint of rock sugar.
This is very nice, it certainly drinks easy as a session beer, while it produces a hop forward taste intensity which takes me by surprise.
