Pours a hazed yellow to amber color with a medium, spongy head atop.
Smells of blueberries, fresh cut limes and a flowery freshness, inheriting even more limes.
This drinks light and refreshing with a mineralic, thin body to it.
Tastes of riper oranges, light lemons and papaya, together with white bread dough and a whiff of caramel malts. Brings a note of ice bonbons and blueberries to the palate then, cutting through coating crackers and bread dough, inheriting just a light glimpse of honey. Finishes quite bitter with present limes and slightly fermented, riper exotic fruit puree among calming dough and a prevailing, stony carbonation.
This is solid with a flavor foundation which drinks well, yet is missing any taste development, as well as a fulfilling mouthfeel.
