Pours a clouded amber color with a huge, spongy head.
Smells of rich wheat, wet grass and passion fruit covered cakey malts together with lots of lime pulp.
Has a soft, medium mouthfeel with a fitting, refreshing effervescence to it, leading to a well balanced beer.
Tastes of bitter limes, ripe papaya and passion fruit, together with bread dough and lighter blood orange. Offers whipped cream, more dough and luscious oranges among a mineralic quality and a prevailing lime bitterness. Finishes with blueberries, cactus juice and kiwi among lime zest and fresh baked bread.
I like this quite a bit for its soft and pleasant mouthfeel, while the beer manages to provide a well working, diverse bitterness at the same time.
