Pours an entirely clouded amber colored liquid with a huge, spongy and stable white head.
The aromas on this are of citrus zest, unripe banana and passion fruit, cactus juice and wet grass among luscious papaya and pineapple.
Mouthfeel of the beer is light and refreshing with a great, well working balance to it, as well as a pleasantly smooth mouthfeel.
Tastes of bread rind, flowery citrus and rustic, grain accompanied toffee, together with a pleasant, lingering hop bitterness. Offers an exotic guava dankness with a light resin following, coated up by a subtle, elegant maltiness. Finishes with pickled cucumbers, ice bonbon and dried earth among maintaining juicy and bitter hops, paving the way for a longer lasting, crisp and refreshing finish.
Very well done, versatile and complex Pale Ale, featuring a truly intriguing hop variety.
