New crystallization of our friendship with the Lissner estate, this time we explored a little more blending of different beers.
It is a blend of sour beer (1 year) aged in red wine barrels, seasonal with Brett (2 years), with a touch of young Cantillon lambic (10%). This blend macerated for 2 months on Pinot Noir marc from our friend Théo, before being bottled for further maturation in 75cl bottles for 3 months.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
