L- Mid gold, darn... pours with a huuuge head (take it slooowly), White, foamy, slow to ease back down. Slight haze comes into the pour at the end. Tip, eandeavour to pour slooowly in one go as sediment at the end of the pour gets notably sludgy - my fault for starting off too fast.
S- A bit of conifer/timber and touch of citrus.
T- Conifer resin and subtle fruit zest. But note it's far away from say a NEIPA, this is way more subtle. Into a balanced dry hoppy finish.
F- Good balance, it's bright and refreshing but has sufficient malts to balance - no mono-dimensional hop-attack puckering here.
O- Refreshing for a summer day and something a bit different. Very enjoyable, nothing out of balance.
Bought from Bacchanalia, Mill Road, Cambridge 330ml bottle £2.79

330 ml bottle, from Être Gourmet, Belgium. ABV is 5.5%. Hazy golden colour, large to moderate white head. Nice aroma of citric hops, hints of tropical fruits and spruce. Citric mouthfeel. Dry flavour with citric hops, ending in a decent resinous bitterness.

330ml bottle from Curious Liquids, Glasgow:
Amber & clear with a tonne of visible carbonation & a huge foamy white head that's about 50% of the glass. Yeasty, stone fruits & citrus notes. Grapefruit, light tropical fruits & Belgian yeast on the taste but it's a poor balance & seems a little harsh at points with more biscuit malts & bread flavours than expected.
