Slightly hazy golden color with rocky white head. Aroma has really nice lemon and honey with some floral notes as well. Taste is tart and clean with nice lemon and unripe yellow mirabelle plums. Also some floral honey and hoppy bitterness on the finish. Medium body, high effervescence. A really well made, fragrant berliner with a good amount of refreshing tartness.
