Our Florida Weisse doubled up and overlain with as much passionfruit, mango and mandarin as it can carry.

Pours a hazy, dark orange, amber coloration with a small, frothy head. Smells of biscuity malt and tropical fruit, with notes of mango and passion fruit, as well as hints of tangerine. Taste is a decent balance of biscuity malt and tropical and lighter citrus fruit, with notes of mango and lighter passion fruit and tangerine, as well as a pleasant underlying acidity. Finishes with a light/medium acidity and some mango and passion fruit lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
In my humble opinion, this is exactly how NOT to do a Fruited Kettle Sour. Way too sweet and boozy, while the fruit notes take on that musty, overripe touch instead of feeling fresh and vibrant, which seems to come with overly boozy beers like this. At least there's a decent, although a little light, acidtiy and a good balance of tropical and citrus notes to this, although the citrus could have been a little more prominent for my personal taste, with this being pretty dominated by the mango. These Imperial Sours are just not for me, the style is supposed to be light and refreshing in my personal opinion.
