Poured from a new crowler from the brewery into a tulip glass. Beautiful amber color, crystal clear without haze. Brilliant white head about 1.5 fingers high. The head is of medium density and fairly long lasting with some lacing left behind. Nice balance of hop aroma and malts on the nose. Same for the taste. Idaho 7 and mandarin hops come through in the flavor in addition to the centennial. Moderate hop bite, not overpowering at all. Not overly carbonated in the mouthfeel. Medium body. Overall a nice example of WC IPA with a hop mix that is not all that common.
