My first hazy from cellar brew works. This is a good brew. Nice look and smell, goes down very smooth. I feel this is a more complete ipa than the 50 foot robot. Worth a growler fill for sure.

Pale yellow, appropriately hazy, substantial soapy barm that clings to the glass for awhile. Aroma is cajoling with soft, delicate tropical notes - cantaloupe, mellon rind, guava, mango, whispers of earthy hop & wheatgrass. Very nice.
Taste isn’t quite as layered or robust, but still good. Grassy hops upfront, some mango & peach on the mid-palate but it is a bit unassertive. The malt profile is bland which is common for these hazy ipas as you want the hops to shine, but here I think those tropical notes not expressing as strongly as they need to draws attention to that flaw. Not much bitterness, just a tad watery as well. Fifty Foot Robot is awesome and Cellar Works does some strong brewing but this one needs a few tweaks to soar. Still, solid beer.
