This medium bodied New England style Pale Ale is a juicy one, having been dry-hopped multiple times with Idaho-7 and Citra. A smooth and mellow malt profile presents a clean slate for the hops to contribute a manageable bitterness, gushing with flavours of peach, papaya and citrus peel.

A-pour is light gold from the can to a hazy gold in the glass with a large white head leaving a spotty lace along the pint
S-dry-hopped (Idaho 7 & Citra)
T- mellow malt profile , tart (citrus peel , papaya , peach) hazy pale ale , slight bitter swallow
MF-ok carbonation , medium body
