Nice pour at the Bittercreek 2015 FunkFest... Straw golden is slightly hazed with a short lived foamy white head... Smells dry hopped with citrusy hops and the rest of the brew is standard tart lactic lemony Berliner... Very refreshing. I could drink this often.

Excellent beer, full sour and dry hopped flavor packed in at 3% A/V. Doesn't get much better than this.

Draft offering at Hunger N Thirst served in a 14oz snifter. The brew appears a clear pale golden yellow with a firm white froth 2+ fingers strong that persists longer than your typical berliner.

The aroma is fantastic and par the course for berliners. Lemony upfront blensing to mild grain suggestion and a hint of yogurt. Very clean smelling and void of the expected advertised dry hop addition.

The taste is tart and lemony with lacto and a slight veggy hop feel that persists into the aftertaste. Very clean in its tartness with subtle wheat grain feel that hardly offers any backing of sweetness. To be fair, the flavor of this is fantastic and its really nit picking for me to say the vegetal hop aftertaste is the only part I dislike about the brew.

This is light bodied and moderately carbonated. A super refreshing brew but no better than base. I was struggling to note any of the advertised dry hop character and all I found was a neutral vegetative flavor. Perhaps if I did a comparison with the base version or a different hop version my opinion would be different.
