Pours a medium gold coloration with a small, fizzy head. Not a lot of bergamotte in the nose, more of a citrus aroma with a certain multivitamin tablet note. However, the bergamotte really comes through on the tongue, with a very rich bergamotte character that is reminiscent of earl grey tea. Mildly sour with citrus, multivitamin tablet and light herbal notes as well. Finishes dry and very mildly acidic, with a slight saltiness. Smooth mouthfeel with a light/medium body and medium/lively carbonation.
The strong bergamotte character certainly makes this unique and in a good way, although it may not be for everyone. Sourness is very mild for a Gose, quite a crisp and refreshing beer.
