Clear yellow in appearance with the tiniest bubble ring on the surface. Enough carbonation to be slightly active, but nothing to boisterous. Smell is sour lemon, sweet and tart rhubarb, belgian yeast, soil, bretty funk and cracker. Taste is pretty much the exact same, only make the rhubarb the binding agent with the funk for the rest of the flavors, plus add some oak and flowers. Puckering sour and tart feel with cracker crisp finish
