Bright and clear golden body with effervescent bubble rising to the surface where there is a ring of white bubbles. Smell has sour oak play with honey, wildflower, barrel funk, belgian yeast, lemon and a bright earthy element. Taste is the same, only the honey leads more with the citrus, flowers, and yeast, and some hay and orchard fruit added in the subtle background. Melds together so seamlessly, though a little sweet. Reminds me of Anna by Hill Farmstead
