Tootsie roll brown colored semi-opaque body, with a off-white ring of bubbles. Smell is light roast coffee embedded in lemon, belgian yeast, oak, flowers, and biscuit. Taste is similar, with coffee coming in on top at the finish, but before is a saison with the flavors detected on the smell plus dark grains, slight toffee, and peach. Wish the coffee felt more integrated overall, but otherwise the feel has a wonderful yeast and oak complexion
