Somewhat cloudy golden body with a faded white bubble ring. Gin barrel brings plenty of oak, gin, slight pine and pickle, but more importantly it brings out the belgian yeast, flowers, lemon, orange, banana, pear and light acidic funk. Almost perfumey in the finish of the aromas, very pleasant. Taste brings in green apple, doughy bread, slight minerality, and dry funk. Really thought the barrel raised elevated the taste without being obnoxiously present. Feel starts slightly sour and wet before moving to drier and breadier, bright and light, sneaky funky as you go down the glass, decently clean.
