Saison Auran: Tequila Barrel Aged (Lemon Guava)

Yellow cloudy body with a thin white cap. Smell has slight acidic and fresh lemon, guava, lime, and slight pineapple, that melds into the belgian yeast, funk, oak, and hay. Taste is much the same, though less acidic but more sour, fruit really carried through in a vibrant way without being gimmicky. Funk just keeps coming at each and every layer of flavor, very expressive. Feel is bright, slightly tart and acidic, starts wet and finishes dry, and crisp for style. One of my favorite afterthoughts in a while
