Lightly hazy pale straw yellow with a short fuzzy white head clinging in a uniformly tall quarter pipe around the ridge.
Smell is almost sherbet but taste is way funkier. It's nearly emulating passion fruit characteristics, as the lime is light, while that peppery yuzu in the finish really adds complexity to the wonderfully fluffy body.
Another FOBAB 2021 standout that's apparently been dialed in since its initial release.

Bottled 12/14/19; drank 4/9/20.
See-through pale yellow appearance; champagne bubbles throughout.
An even pour yielded a nice, noisy bright white head; minimal lace.
Dandelion, tart lime juice & faint yuzu notes in the nose.
Thin, prickly mouthfeel.
Tart lime & dry dandelion flavors; mild yuzu notes on the finish.
Prickly & sort of unpleasant. Not a great amalgam.

Had on tap. Bright golden body with two fingers of white foam. Bright and juicy yuzu and key lime lead the smell and taste. In the smell there is good oak, flowers, white wine, belgian yeast, and lemon zest supporting. Taste is very light and thin in comparison, with the yuzu and key lime juices being the most potent aspect by far, with a vinous aftertaste. The subtle supporters are there but I want more. Still refreshing and delicious, with the body being cool, wet and then dry, funky yet thin. Won a gold at fobab, so going to hold onto the bottle I have and let it age a little and report back with results
